Pastors Wayne & Ginger Sheppard
LEAD PASTORS
Pastors Wayne and Ginger Sheppard have been in full-time ministry for 29 years. They served as student pastors for many of those years and are now the lead pastors at Destination Church in Saraland, Alabama. Arriving in Saraland in 2011, they have seen Destination Church grow from 120 to over 1500. Pastor Wayne has spoken at many conferences and churches sharing his methods of growth and his love for the local church. He believes everyone has a destiny and his passion is helping people discover their personal calling in life. Pastor Wayne and Ginger have two children. Greyson, is a recent graduate of Highlands College and serves at DC with her husband Dylan. Their son, Tyler, is in his second year of college and serves at DC.
Pastor Jeremy & Jana Reid
EXECUTIVE PASTOR
Jeremy and his wife, Jana, have two daughters, Bailee and Lexee. He oversees our Leadership Team, Missions, Facilities, and Administration. He also serves as one of our Communicators and Teachers.
Pastor A.J. & Alora Addinall
WORSHIP & CREATIVE PASTOR
A.J. leads our worship and creative teams. He is passionate about seeing people encounter the love and presence of God!
Pastor Kyle & Abby Wilson
PRODUCTION PASTOR
Kyle and his wife, Abby, have two daughters, Emma Rose and Sarah Kate. He oversees our creative and production teams and has a great desire to see the gospel reach outside the walls of our church.
Tanner Grow
STUDENT PASTOR
Tanner oversees our middle school ministry. He has been on our leadership team for two years. He is very excited and thankful to be a part of the DC team.
Tyler Sheppard
DREAM TEAM / YOUNG ADULTS PASTOR
Tyler oversees our Young Adults ministry. He is excited to influence this generation and he can’t wait to see what God does in their lives.
Tanner Stanley
PRODUCTION ASSISTANT/LIGHTING DIRECTOR
Tanner serves on our worship and production teams and has great desire to create an atmosphere of worship for others to experience the love of God.
Pastor F.W. & Patricia Sheppard
CARE PASTOR
Pastor F.W. Sheppard and his wife, Patricia, have three children, Wayne, Dave, and Tonya. He oversees our Care Team and misters to those that are sick and homebound.
